Return a damaged or defective item
To return a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service team by phone. Our Customer Service team will arrange to collect the item from the address you provide. Once we receive the item and have validated the damage/defect, you will be provided with a replacement for the item. In case the product is not available at the time, you will be provided a Gift voucher.
Return a wrong item
In the unusual circumstance where the item received is wrong, you can return the item in the same condition you received and in the original box and/or packaging intact.
Deadline for returning a Product
As long as the product is unopened and still in its original condition and packaging you can return within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt. Please get in touch with our customer service team for any queries you may have.
Form of Refund
Once the product has been evaluated and it’s eligible for return, we will issue a credit voucher that you can use to order a replacement item or you can use it on your next purchase. It will be valid for 6 months.
Recalled Product return policy
When a product is recalled, we believe the most important thing is to get that product out of children's hands. We have a "no quibble" policy when it comes to recalls. This means “Yallatoys” will take back recalled products sold at our e-commerce site at any point during the recall period.No receipt or proof of purchase is necessary to return a recalled product. If you do not have a receipt, you will receive a credit voucher for the lowest sale price of the product within the last 30 days. There are some exceptions to this policy, so be sure to check with Customer Care for more details.
Process cycle for the whole return and exchange process
We usually collect items within 1-2 working days from the date of your feedback. The delivery of replacement usually takes 2-3 working days from when we have received and evaluated the product.Our Customer Care is always at your service for any queries you may have.

There are a few certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns:
- Return request is made outside the specified time frame, of 15 days from delivery.
- Product is used, damaged, or is not in the same condition as you received it.
- Anything missing from the package you've received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.
