The pump hoses are compatible with large Intex above ground pools equipped with plunger valve fittings. The pump hoses are not compatible with small Intex above ground pools with 32mm diameter protruding inlet/outlet fittings. To make the pump compatible with smaller Intex above ground pools, 2 adaptor B are needed to connect the hoses to the 32mm inlet/outlet pool fittings
