Returns & Refunds

At Yallatoys, we make returns simple, fast, and transparent — so you can shop worry-free.

Hassle-free returns within 14 days

✔ You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.
✔ We can arrange a free pickup from your address (where applicable).
✔ After collection, our customer service team will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your refund status.
✔ Refunds are returned to the original payment method or credited to your Yallatoys Wallet if you prefer.

Products we can’t accept back

We prioritise safety, hygiene, and fairness. The following items are not eligible for return unless faulty:

  • Used or opened items — items must be in original condition & packaging.

  • Items damaged by misuse or wear — damage not caused by a manufacturing defect is not returnable.

  • Personalised or customised items — these cannot be returned unless defective.

  • Products listed as non-returnable on the product page.

Quality issues & defective items

If your item is defective or not as described, please contact us immediately. We may request a photo or verification and will work to replace, repair, or refund as quickly as possible.

Refund timing

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within a few business days.

  • The timeline for funds to reach your bank/card depends on your payment provider — we’ll notify you by SMS/email once your refund is initiated.
